The bruiser the crew go quiet for

"Buffalo emperor" is what spearos and anglers call the orange-spotted emperor, a big-headed deep-reef heavyweight with a blue-grey face, scattered golden spots and those unmistakable orange fins. They hold solitary around ledges, caves and the broken ground out wide, often deep, and they pull like a freight train the moment you turn them. Not a fish you see every day, which is exactly why turning one up feels earned.

We hand-paint the buffalo emperor to do that colouring justice, the grey body, the orange fins, the spotted cheeks. Species-accurate art for the divers and bottom-bouncers who know the fish: tees, keychains, charms and stickers.
